TrailsPals for iPhone

Track your hike.
Bring your people along.

Record hikes and bike rides with GPS, keep the moments on your route, and send a watch link to someone you trust.

Free download · Optional TrailsPals Pro · iOS 17.2 or later

Already using TrailsPals? Open your web account.

One app for the hike. One link for home.

  1. Record on your iPhone. Install TrailsPals, sign in with Apple or Google, choose your activity and start a journey.
  2. Share a watch link. Send it to your chosen Guardian. They can open it in a browser without installing the app.
  3. Stay clear about the plan. Set a return time, check the last-update time together, and agree what your Guardian should do if you are late.

GPS recording can continue without mobile data, but live updates and alerts need a connection. A stale position is not confirmation that someone is safe. TrailsPals does not contact emergency services.
